Now entering his third season as the Titans' head coach, Vrabel was the Texans' defensive coordinator in 2017 when Clowney had his best statistical Night net season.     Trevor Lawrence missed draft day call from Jaguars three times before picking up

  • NFL Jaguars American Football Trevor Lawrence almost missed his call to join the Jaguars.Well, actually, he did. Three times. "We started calling him and getting a recording," Jaguars owner Shad Khan said. "[We were] seeing the clock tick away and [we said], 'Let's try it again.' And we got the same recording."As Khan explained, Urban Meyer eventually got his own cell phone and that got through to Lawrence. It's unclear why the initial calls didn't connect, but nonetheless the Jaguars were able to notify him that he was the pick.
