trade rumors: Are White Sox willing to deal Chris Sale?

  • The market for free-agent starting pitchers is thin, so teams are "pushing" the Chicago White Sox to deal ace Chris Sale, FOXSports.com's Ken Rosenthal reports. And the White Sox apparently will listen to offers, Rosenthal writes. But White Sox chairman Jerry夜网论坛 Reinsdorf tells the Chicago Tribune he doesn't expect the team to move Sale. You don't play like this and win (championships). This ends up getting us in trouble."But aside from the Dodgers' late shakes, Mattingly was overwhelmingly positive about the Australian experiment."It's good to leave here with the two wins. It was a great experience," he said."Being able to play in this atmosphere -- I thought there was a great atmosphere the last couple of days. So that's all positive. It's been a great experience for our guys."We came to play and do well. Our guys swung the bats pretty well. We played two good games and got some wins. A[......]
